1. Permitted Use

The platform is intended for legitimate internal awareness, compliance-support, and controlled simulation activities. Customers should use the product only for authorized training and operational purposes.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the platform to deliver real malware, harvest real credentials, impersonate external parties outside controlled training boundaries, violate privacy law, or perform unauthorized access attempts.

3. Safe Simulation Boundaries

Simulations should stay within the product’s safe internal environments unless the organization has separately implemented and approved an external integration with appropriate controls.

4. Misuse Handling

The vendor or customer administrator may suspend or investigate accounts involved in misuse, subject to the governing agreement and applicable law.
